College Station TowerPoint: More coming soon

HEB opened a 88,000 sq.ft. grocery store on September 29, 2010, and a 12,000 sq.ft. multi-tenant building will open October 2011 with tenants such as Sports Clips, Chrome, GNC, the Pool Guy, and Spoon’s. Also coming soon is The Bank & Trust, AT&T, Taco Bell, McDonalds, and Verizon. These are part of Phase II of our 485,000 sq.ft. Tower Point Development.
