Plaquemine PDF – Marketing Package Plaquemine MarketPlace is a 48,000 sq.ft. shopping center with Tractor Supply and Stage Stores located on Bellview in Plaquemine, LA. The city resides 20 miles south of Baton Rouge. Phase 2 will be a 10,000 sq.ft. single or multi-tenant use building in front of the existing shopping center located on 30,000 square feet of land.

Morgan City PDF – Marketing Package The center is located at the SWC of Hwy 190 and Redwood Street. The center is currently anchored by Rouses and Stage Stores, and is in the process of redevelopment. Stage Store will be expanded by 7500 sq.ft. and 7000 sq.ft. of new shop space will be added to the center. In addition, the entire center will get a face lift. When completed, Gonzales MarketPlace will have 6 restaurants, a movie theater, 2 major anchors, 3 junior anchors, and 27,500 sq.ft. of small shop space. As part of development plans, Veterans Blvd will be widened to four lanes and the intersection of Highway 30 and Veterans Blvd will be signalized.
