College Station Tower Point

College Station Tower Point reported today that HEB has commenced construction on an 88,000sf store, scheduled to open in Fall 2010. The HEB store will be the largest HEB in the region and will be located near the Northwest corner of Hw6 and Hwy 40 in College Station, TX.
HEB will join Scott & White Medical Clinic’s new 14,000sf facility, which is also under construction on the Tower Point site. Scott & White is scheduled to open in Spring 2010.
Tower Point (a 3-phase project, now in Phase II) is a master planned development that upon completion will encompass 525,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, banking, office, and medical office space comprised of both national and regional tenants in multiple buildings adjacent to the HEB store currently under construction.
The Tower Point project is owned in partnership between Tim Crowley, Brad Schlosser of Schlosser Development and Andy Weiner of Weiner Development.
Jason McAlister of Oldham/Goodwin (979.268.2000) and Tommy Stewart of Weiner Development (713.554.7602) are jointly leasing the development.
First Victoria has provided financing for the HEB portion of the project. The Bank and Trust is the lender for the Scott and White Medical Clinic construction.
Scott & White Construction Commencement

TowerPoint is pleased to announce the construction of a 14,000 sq. ft. health care clinic, operated by Scott & White, a regional hospital group based out of Temple, TX. Construction commenced in early October 2009. Opening will be in mid May 2010.
